If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item within 14 days from the delivery date.
An Important Notice:
Our shop covers all shipping and export costs in the country of origin for the package to reach you. Therefore, any product that is not received or checked due to customer requests or incorrect address information cannot be included in the return process.
Accordingly, buyers cannot hold our delivery company responsible for any taxes and expenses arising from the official legislation of the country where he is located. If the shipment is rejected by the buyer as a result of such taxation, no refund will be made because the product is not received and the product return process cannot be started
* Which item can I return?
You can return all items excluding; Bridal Hijabs and also Custom-made products which were differently manufactured from their standard specifications referring to the customer's special request. evening dress, underwear, personal care, and swimwear in a re-saleable condition without removing the price tags and package (if there is with all accessories)
* Within how many days can i return my order?
Within 14 days from receiving the package. But you must inform us within 7 days

* How can i follow return process after i return?

* When will the refund fee be cred to my cr card?
As soon as your shipment reaches our address, we perform the return process immediately after the product is checked and we do the information through channels we have specified above. The return fee is reflected to your cr card in the next statement period. This procedure is not determined by us, but by your bank. You should also make check-in with your bank about the statement. You'll be getting returns to your credit card
* What should i do if I can’t see refund amount in my cr card?
Refunds are always made on time by our side. You should check all the details of your cr card statement with your bank. If you can’t see refund amount in two statement period,please inform us to check if any problem from our side just in case.
* Do you accept return or exchange for bridal hijabs?
No. Bridal hijabs are special production. No return, exchange, or refund is acceptable. Therefore, we kindly request our customers to send us such as their dress photos if they're not sure about color match..etc.
