How much shipping cost do I have to pay?

When will my order be given to cargo?
The orders you place until 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered to the courier within one or two working days. Orders placed afterward are delivered to the courier on the next delivery day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, public holidays will be delivered to the courier on the next delivery day.

What should I do if the package is damaged?
Please immediately notify the cargo company that brought the package to you without opening it, if you see any damage in the package when the courier delivers the package to you by making them prepare a correct report. If the authorized person is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, you always reserve the right to open the package there, to check that the products were delivered undamaged, and to request that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by you, it is accepted that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to Aisha's Design Customer Services as soon as possible with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer.
